A single-use link is a unique URL generated for the purpose of scheduling a meeting that is intended to be used only once.
Once the link is used to schedule a meeting, it becomes invalid and cannot be used again for scheduling another meeting. This ensures that each scheduling session requires a new link, maintaining security and preventing unauthorized access to scheduling.
Single-use links are particularly useful in scenarios where control over scheduling access is important, such as for sensitive meetings, confidential discussions, or when managing limited resources.
To generate a single-use link navigate to Meetings -> Meeting types -> click the Share button below the particular meeting type or click the three dots menu and choose the “Share” option from there.
Go to the Single-use link tab and click the + Generate new link yellow button.
Please note! Single-use links are used to create a meeting once which can't be used again. Once someone schedules a meeting with you, the link is no longer valid.
You may generate as many links as needed.
You can also generate single-use links via API or Admin application.
