Shared calendars in my Google account are not detected in Harmonizely

When you share the calendar, for example, from iCloud to your Google Calendar account and connect it to Harmonizely, it will not be visible in the list of calendars.

This is happening because the shared calendar is not selected for synchronization.

To solve that issue:

  1. Go to
  2. Select your shared calendars.
  3. Click Save.
  4. Go to Calendar Integration settings in Harmonizely or refresh this page. The shared calendars will show up on the Check calendar(s) for availability list where you would be able to select them so that Harmonizely can check its availability.
